Engine Room
The "Leg Backwash" system works well cleaning out the saildrive seawater intake. It can be used in the water, or on land,and consists of a 3/4 hose with connection to the thru-hull valve on one end, and a standard hose bib on the other. Use port water supply, and the seawater valve to effect the cleaning. See Maintenance Tips in the Owners' Pages for more.
